Need mission help please
HI
I just finished the mission "Minister Cho's Estate". I read that the next mission, Warning the Tengu, I get from Ang the Ephemeral in Ran Musu Gardens. Problem is when I click on him I get the message "Do not be afraid. I am Ang the Ephemeral, a Ritualist trainer. I have served Master Togo and the monastery for some years now, though time does not pass for me as it does for you, so I am not certain how long exactly... In any case, I do not think I can help you, since you are not studying the Ritualist arts." So how do I continue the missions if he won't give me the next one? Thanks |

Warning the Tengu is a Primary Quest not mission, so check your quest log under Primary Quest ( press the L key) to see if maybe you already have it. The Dialogue you mention is what he says if your character is not a Ritualist. Other than that I'm not sure, Is your character Canthan born? Maybe try rezoning, talk to him with no one else in your party. Sorry if this isn't much help..

it sounds like you went to the explorable area to talk to him. You pick that quest up in Ran Musu Gardens. Ang is standing by the portal that leads back to Minister Chos Estate.

Is your character from Cantha, Elona, or Tyria? If he or she is from Cantha, you should be able to access the quest jut fine. If he or she is from the other two campaigns, you can simply walk to Zen Daijun and complete the mission at that time.

he did not say he took the quest in ran musu.. merely that he READ that he needs to get the quest from Ang. The specific text he reference Ang saying is what you get when you click on Ang in the exporable area.

Hi
This is a factions quest. I did talk to Ang in Ran Musu Gardens. I found out to get to Zen Daijun I have to go thru the gate in Seitung Harbor. The guard won't open the gate until I talk to Togo and Hanjui in Haiju Lagoon. Now for the fun. In order to get to them you have to go thru a bunch of level 16 dragons or whatever they're called. Then if you go on the left side of the peninsula they're on you hit a group of about 20 or so level 16 soldiers. If you go up the right side you hit about 12 to 15 level 16 nagas. Apparently this mission is for level 16 and higher. Anyway, thanks for your help but I think I'll give up on factions and and stick with Prophecies and Nightfall. Thanks again |

Aramus, I think you're getting ahead of yourself. You should be just fine doing Zen Daijun with a level 10-12. It's definitely easier with a level 14-15 but still doable.
But you said you had difficulty with Warning the Tengu which is way before Zen Daijun. If you've finished Minister Cho's then you should be in Ran Musu Gardens. Ang will give you the quest there (assuming you are a factions native). However you've also said you've been to Seitung Harbor and that's not right. You can't reach Seitung harbor until after you've completed the Tengu quest. Is your character native to Factions?? If not then you won't have access to any quests on Shing Jea Island, just the missions. |

Hi TheRaven
I am from Cantha. If I did the Warning the Tengu earlier I don't remember. I'll try to get to Togo again But it's probably not going to be fun . And that gate is the only way to get to Zen Daijun, right ? |
